The patented heat dissipation technology keeps the LED diodes operating within safe temperature limits, enhancing both their lifespan and performance.
Tested under extreme conditions, including temperatures up to +35°C, VALDUR is suited for use in warm climates like the Mediterranean, where it meets the rigorous demands for durable and reliable lighting.

The VALDUR street light uses cutting-edge technology to use Thermoset composites instead of aluminium. This reduces the environmental impact and guarantees a longer lifespan, especially in demanding environments such as by the sea, where humidity is high and the air is very salty. Thermoset composites withstand environmental stress better than aluminium, which often requires corrosion protection. With its modern design and efficient light, this lamp is ideal for urban and harsh environments.

Thermoset composites (SMC) are stronger and lighter than metals, offering a high strength-to-weight ratio. VALDUR luminaires are pressed under high pressure 400 tons, creating a tough, dimensionally stable material that withstands extreme stress without deforming.
Key Features:
- Sustainability: Low CO2 emissions and lighter weight help reduce environmental impact. The material generates 2 kg of CO2 per kilo, significantly lower than aluminum's 16 kg per kilo,
- Corrosion and Chemical Resistance: Ideal for marine, industrial, and chemical environments.
- Lightweight and Durable: Superior strength-to-weight ratio reduces material usage and eases installation. Our thermoset composites are about 30-40% lighter than aluminum, reducing transportation costs and carbon emissions.
- UV Resistance: Thermoset composites provide strong resistance to UV radiation, maintaining structural integrity and performance even with prolonged sun exposure. No protective paint or coating is required.
- Electrical Insulation: The material’s inherent electrical insulating properties make it ideal for lighting applications, reducing the risk of electrical faults.
