When you send a project enquiry, POLAB uses your name, email address and any contact, project and product details you provide to respond. When you select Send enquiry, the details are transferred to POLAB’s email via EmailJS. Nothing is sent while you are only filling in the form.
EmailJS processes the enquiry to deliver the email and states that personal data may be transferred to the United States. Read the EmailJS Privacy Policy. Contact POLAB at info@polab.se with questions about how your enquiry is handled.
Which cookies do we use?
We do not set tracking or marketing cookies without your consent. The following cookies may be set after you accept analytics.

Legal basis
Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time (see below).
What does Google Analytics collect?
- Page views and navigation patterns
- Approximate geographic location (country/city, not exact address)
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Traffic source (how you found our site)
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. The former IP anonymisation feature in Universal Analytics is therefore not needed in GA4. Data is transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: Google's Privacy Policy.
Fonts
The website's fonts are now served from POLAB's own server and are not loaded from Google Fonts. No requests are made to Google's font services (fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com) when you visit the site.
Embedded video (YouTube)
The awards page contains a video hosted on YouTube. The video does not load automatically. No connection to YouTube is made until you actively choose to load the video using the button in the video area.
When you load the video, your IP address, browser and device information and other technical data may be transferred to YouTube/Google. YouTube may then set cookies or use other local storage under its own terms. We use the youtube-nocookie mode, but this does not mean the video is entirely free of cookies or tracking.
You can opt out by not loading the video. For more information, see Google's and YouTube's privacy policy.
