VALDUR SMC thermoset composite street luminaire

Materials

SMC composite is a non-corroding material — it lacks the metallic lattice structure that electrochemical corrosion depends on. With no metal in the housing there is no galvanic corrosion, no pitting, and no surface coating that ages and cracks under UV and thermal cycling. Patent-pending thermal management technology via internal aluminium heat sinks contributes to lower operating temperature and long-term stable service life for the electronics and driver.

Optics

Three optic families: STRADA for road lighting, PARK for pedestrian areas, and SPECTRE for ecologically sensitive applications. Each available in multiple beam distributions.

LED Modules

Bin-sorted LED chips, LM-80 tested. Projected service life >100,000 h (L90/B10). Available in 2200–5000 K with Amber and SPECTRE-Y variants.

Philips Fortimo LED driver for street luminaires

Drivers

Constant-current drivers with integrated surge protection. DALI-2 and 0–10 V. Power factor ≥ 0.95, THD < 10%.

LumenRadio AirGlow wireless control node

Controls

DALI-2 and Zhaga Book 18 turn every luminaire into a node in a smart network — ready for tomorrow's infrastructure.
